COLUMBUS, Ohio– Today, the Ohio Right to Life Board of Directors and its affiliated political action committee (PAC) announced its first round of endorsements for the May 2022 primary election. The PAC has endorsed candidates for Ohio’s five statewide constitutional offices and the Ohio Supreme Court.

“The Ohio Right to Life PAC is proud to strongly recommend Justice Sharon Kennedy, Justice Pat DeWine, and Justice Pat Fisher for Ohio’s Supreme Court,” said Marshal Pitchford, Chairman of the Ohio Right to Life PAC. “It is crucial for the pro-life movement that we have a Supreme Court that will ensure that the fundamental right to life of every person is upheld. Simply put, we must get these three justices re-elected to protect life in our state.”

The Ohio Right to Life PAC also announced endorsements for the following statewide races:

Governor/Lieutenant Governor – Mike DeWine/Jon Husted

Secretary of State – Frank LaRose

Attorney General – Dave Yost

Auditor of State – Keith Faber

Treasurer of State – Robert Sprague

“With Roe v. Wade on the ropes, the importance of re-electing strong, pro-life leaders in all levels of government is more urgent than ever before,” said Mike Gonidakis, President of Ohio Right to Life. “It is imperative for voters in Ohio to elect these strong pro-life leaders who will serve justly and protect the most vulnerable among us. Elections have consequences, and we are incredibly aware of the importance of these elections for the continued progress of the pro-life movement in Ohio.”

“In light of this urgency to protect life,” said Gonidakis, “the Ohio Right to Life PAC encourages every pro-life Ohioan to turnout in May and use their vote to be a voice for the voiceless. We will work to elect these strong pro-life men and women and the rest of our inspiring pro-life candidates who promote and protect life across our great state.”

The Ohio Right to Life PAC will announce additional endorsements for the contested US Senate, congressional and statehouse primaries once the redistricting process is complete.

Mike DeWine is in favor of funding Planned Parenthood provided their funds are not used for abortions. https://www.isidewith.com/candidates/mike-dewine-2/policies/social What exactly does the Governor think is the main mission and activity of Planned Parenthood? Ohio Right to Life got this one horribly wrong.

How could you endorse DeWine after he gave virtual dictatorial powers to Amy Acton?

This is irresponsible to endorse Mike DeWine. His actions were not that of a pro-life Governor. How can you justify this when he, along with HIS appointee, pro-abortionist, Amy Acton, deemed abortion clinics as an essential business, while cutting the livelihoods of small business owners off at the knees. This is shameful. If you are truly pro-life, you will make appointments to positions where pro- life decisions are made to pro-life individuals. Mike DeWine did not do this.

So disappointed in your endorsement of DeWine. Makes me question your credibility.

Good afternoon, pro-life colleagues! Regarding Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine and abortion clinics being open during the China virus:

Below are three articles showing that the clinics were mandated to stop operating, per Gov. DeWine’s executive order and Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost’s actions.

Note that it was a federal judge which overruled DeWine and Yost.

You have lost all credibility with your endorsement of Mike DeWine. How do you explain his appointment of pro abortionist Amy Acton, and her illegal support for abortion clinics that were shut down, and she illegally opened up again? How can you support these baby killers with a straight face? Any board members involved in this decision should step down, because there will be a terrible price to pay for this misguided endorsement. You should have endorsed Joe Blystone, who is the only true prolife candidate. Better not to endorse anyone than to endorse baby killer DeWine.

Your decision to endorse Mike DeWine is terribly disappointing. He appointed Amy Acton as Ohio’s Director of Health. She is a pro-choice advocate who, without Mike’s objection, reopened an abortion clinic that had been shutdown because of its brutal partial birth abortions. How in Gods name can you endorse him? We will never give you another dime!

Thank you for helping pro-life Democrats and Republicans with this guidance! I promoted this news item to my connections on Facebook, Gab, GETTR, Parler, and Twitter (LinkedIn later) and hope that all pro-life Ohioans will flood cyberspace with this positive news.

Very glad to see that my monthly donations to the Ohio RTL PAC will help solid pro-lifers get elected to state office.
